Support (IT)

Contact support Monday through Friday from 5am - 6pm PST and Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 6am - 4pm PST. We oversee and execute on the development and maintenance of Compass’ Information Technology systems, with a focus on ensuring that you have a seamless technology experience here at Compass. We are here to help with all things related to printers, accounts, password recovery, device support, G-suite support, wifi, and more.

Sales Manager

We are your real estate business coaches here at Compass. We bring a wide range of expertise from backgrounds at various brokerages, and we are here to help you manage and grow your business. We are here as your resource regarding contracts, negotiations, business planning and strategy, and legal.

Finance

We ensure that your hard-earned commissions are paid quickly and without hassle. We act as a liaison between you and your business partners such as escrow officers and external brokerages so that your commissions are processed accurately. We also offer additional support and provide solutions for other finance-related needs as well. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind when we process your commissions.

Throughout the contract process, we oversee all administrative details, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their business. From listing through close of escrow, our team is prepared to be with you every step of the way.

Compliance, Licensing and Risk Management

Our team manages regulatory compliance in three distinct areas: Oversight of “compliance-only” transactions, compliance aspects of the onboarding process and risk management / transactional support for Sales Managers, Employees and Agents across the state. Including but not limited to advertising/marketing requirements, timely and favorable resolution of claims or disputes that arise, providing support for transaction-related questions, and any other matters requiring the broker's assistance. Our team of over 20 brings hundreds of years of experience to the table to provide you and our teams the support needed to operate in a compliant manner with as little risk as possible.
