Did you know? LA Times is having an average of 5x increase in subscriptions as of two weeks ago. They had over 100k subscriptions added in the last two weeks and they are rising daily. 

On June 3rd, 2023 the LA Times is launching the NEW Hot Property Southern California distribution!  The LA Times is opening doors to more home buyers/sellers, from the Westside to the Valley, and from San Gabriel to Orange County.  One expanded section delivered throughout Southern California means more eyes on your ad. The newly expanded section will reach nearly half a million print and e-edition readers every Saturday!  Below will be the updated circulation/readership numbers:

  • San Fernando Valley: 312,000

  • All 4 areas: 1,434,000 total ad impressions

Pricing will remain the same for each region through 2023, and the circulation/readership will be even higher!  The corporate page will now be open to ALL regions at the same pricing with extra exposure!

  • Color spreads: $1,000

  • Full page and showcase ad: $499 (most popular selection but agents place showcase ads themselves)

  • Announcement ads: $450 (goes in a different section)

  • Premium placement (Pages 6, 7, 8, or 9): $450 per page / $1,000 for a spread

    • Agents can purchase up to 2 pages per week every other week

    • Agents can reserve by using the jot form like normal or email Dion Tretta/Nikki Farish directly

    • First come first serve basis
