Step 1:  Create folder in Business Tracker, then create your documents in Business Tracker, Glide or Zipforms.

Step 2:  Submit your Listing in Business Tracker & Prepare your Paperwork

Step 3:  Upload Listing Documents & Add Accepted Offer

Step 4:  Upload Transaction Documents & Closing Documents

Step 5:  Submit Commission Tab & Monitor Emails

Step 6:  Get Paid!

If you receive payroll as a Business/Corporate Entity, complete and return the following to your Commission Specialist along with the date of your business incorporation, if applicable:
